The machines sold by Viscofan have been developed thinking in special casings that can not be applied by conventional meat machinery. This is the case of the collagen film COFFI. To stuff COFFI, a complete range of applicators have been developed, from the manual ones like the H1 to the complete automated like the VNSS or the COFFINET applicators.
Another machines are also built by Viscofan: The V-TS2 specially designed to stuff and clip fibrous casings and COFFINET, and the REEL-PACK to stuff and clip big meat chunks in big calibre fibrous or plastic casings.
