ENVIRONMENT

The strategic cornerstones on which its environmental projects are based are:

  2. A sustainable use of resources

The reduction of greenhouse gases is a general line of action for all the Group’s sites, where specific energy-saving projects are implemented, not only at the sites in the European Union, but also in Mexico, the United States and Serbia.

SOCIETY

The Viscofan Group’s energy consumption profile bears testament to this commitment: 85% of the Group's sites use natural gas instead of other fossil fuel options that are more detrimental to the environment.

Viscofan continues to make progress in its environmental and management policies in which manufacturing excellence and economic development must continue to respect the environment.
