At Viscofan we have a whistleblowing channel for employees and stakeholders whose objective is the reception, retention and treatment of complaints about any alleged irregularity or act contrary to the law or internal regulations.
Reports can be made anonymously or personally, and will be received by the members of the Ethics and Compliance Committee of Viscofan S.A. guaranteeing its confidentiality and proper management. In this sense, they will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Group's Investigation Protocol, for which the Ethics and Compliance Committee is responsible.
For all complaints received, we ensure a timely, independent and confidential analysis by the Ethics and Compliance Committee, which in no case will reveal the name of the complainant in good faith, unless the latter gives their express consent or is required by authorities with authority, for this, in which case, the complainant would be previously informed.
