1962
Foundation of the company as "Crevoprodukt" Novi Sad.
1966
The name was changed to "Koteksprodukt" Novi Sad, company for trade with hides, wool, natural and artificial casings, swine bun and other slaughter and meet industry products.
1971
The name was changed to „Koteksprodukt“ Novi Sad, industry of natural and artificial casings, hides, wool, swine bun and other slaughter and meet industry products with ready made production of leather and fur.
1977
The name was changed to „Koteksprodukt“ Novi Sad, industry of natural and artificial casings.
1984
The name was changed to „Koteksprodukt“ Novi Sad, industry of natural intestines, artificial casings, additives and spices.
1985
Manufacturing of collagen casings started - opening.
1988
The name was changed to „Koteksprodukt“ Novi Sad, industry of food and pharmaceutical products.
2002
After certain changes of organisational form in the following years, main change was the company reorganisation to joint stock company.
2005
Koteksprodukt became member of Viscofan group and specialized only for production of collagen casings. Also, the form, name and ownership was changed to Koteksprodukt Doo Novi Sad, Industry of Collagen Casings.
2006
The name was changed to: Koteks Viscofan Doo Novi Sad, Primorska 92.
