The Viscofan Group has acquired 51% of the Brazilian company Pet Mania Comércio Internacional Ltda for a cash value of €5.6 million at the current exchange rate and an enterprise value equivalent to €16.5 million.

Located in Jundiai, State of Sao Paulo (Brazil), Pet Mania is dedicated to the production and marketing of animal-based pet treats. A growing market that has allowed the company to reach a turnover of €20.8 million in 2024 and an EBITDA of €3.0 million, expanding from Brazil to international markets, mainly in the American continente.
