MPE1200 – AUTOMATIC PEELER
The MPE1200 automatic peeler is designed to remove casing from dry sausage products prior to slicing. The system includes two components: a moisturizing section followed by a peeling section.
The MPE1200 has a production capacity of 700 to 800 pieces per hour and operates with a standard product length of 1200 mm (47.25").
